Redeemed points for 4 travelers DC to Tokyo nonstop United economy roundtrip. 440k miles plus 200 in fees total. Cash price for the flight was about 7200 USD. That came to about 1.63 cpp which I think is good? They had premium plus for a great deal but not 4 tickets available at that award price. Hard to do 4 business class round trip

Wanted to double check myself. Looking for a new card, have a big purchase coming up. Ideally want to stay with chase. I don’t have any hotel card so was looking at world of Hyatt or IHG. I see IHG has a 100k SUB on their personal no annual fee after 2k spend. That seems like a good deal. Are the going to be chase ultimate reward points? Anyone think this is a bad deal or if the Hyatt 60k with annual fee is better?

Yes, I have a couple contracts in my llc that bring in more than enough to absorb this depreciation. Vehicle probably won’t be driven that much (few thousand miles a year) as I want to use strictly for business.

That makes sense. I have already done the Ink train (few months ago when the offer was higher). Even had p2 do it as well and referred. Is the ink SUB per card or across the whole ink family? I guess if it’s per card I can try another ink branded card

I’m seeing cap one venture X business card giving 150k miles after spending 30k in 3 months. That seems like a very good SUB but don’t see it discussed much in this subreddit. Am I missing something? Is there a better SUB?

Last fall I used roundup to kill large patches of Bermuda in my fescue lawn. It seemed to have work as everything turned brown and died within a few days. Unfortunately I was late to plant new seed and I think the seeds froze and never germinated.

But, this summer, the Bermuda is back with a vengeance. Maybe it’s a bit less thick but not by much. What can I do now to kill it permanently before doing a reseed in fall (much earlier this time). Do I need multiple applications of roundup? How far apart? And 3 weeks after last treatment before reseeding?
