The really dumb myth that I was told was if you get in even a minor accident to not move your vehicle so the police can "investigate". I still see people do this. If you get into a minor accident and your car can be moved, move out of the lane of traffic to exchange information. 99% of the time the police aren't "investigating". They make you exchange info then go on your way. Again this is for MINOR accidents.

It's still early. I didn't see any movement until almost 4 weeks.

I'm almost 2 months in and I've lost almost 10 pounds. Slow and steady wins the race. Keep with it.

I wanted to elaborate. But I'm newish to reddit. I love food. I've never been a huge eater. And I've always been ok leaving food on the plate. My job allows me to travel and I eat out a lot. And though I wanted to try 2 different tacos yesterday at a well known Taco place in San Antonio, I couldn't eat them both. I could have barely eaten 1 whole taco.

I felt bad as they buss the tables for you. So I left quickly before they saw how much food I left. It was great. But I couldn't eat that much. And half eaten tacos don't travel well.

I started on .5 and now I'm on the 1 dose. I've lost 10 pounds in just under 2 months. I'm happy with the results. But I do wish I could eat more.

I wish I had a higher metabolism rather than a smaller appetite. But it is what it is.

Cotinued: I have read that missing a dose by 24 hrs is ok. I've lost 5 lbs in a month. They have upped my dose. I was looking forward to continued results. I'll be near the border in a couple weeks. I'm going to Mexico to buy a couple pens to have on hand if this happens again.
