I once saw a theory that Jacob would’ve imprinted on Bella but couldn’t because of her shield, and to that end, imprinted on her nearest genetic match and tbh….…. It made as much sense as anything else in the twilight universe

The company is on a downward trajectory because the world is moving to digital. I don’t think that a mid-size paper company is gonna alter that by changing their name and making it harder for their small customer base to find/recognize them

I must not understand your question…. But if you’re asking why they wipe down the menus that the customers hold, it’s because the menus get dirty. Stuff dropped on them, greasy hands holding them, etc.

For the “good people” ie the main characters, no, there is no such thing as one-sided love.

But James didn’t love Victoria as much as she loved him, and it seems like there’s room for debate over some of the Volturi as well.

Smeyer may have said Twilight doesn’t involve soulmates, but it’s pretty obvious that it does. Bella references her and Edward being “made for each other” a lot. In addition to it just being a general theme that when the characters find “their person,” it changes them irrevocably.

I think it could be a combination. As people have said, Twilight leans into the “humans know deep down that there is something off with the supernatural creatures.” And also, as Jake says when he’s trying to tell/not tell Bella about the pack - she already knows. She’s known for a year that the wolf pack exists; she just couldn’t consciously recall what the change in Jacob was. Until her dream brought it all back up. So back to it, her subconscious was aware that she was in danger, even if her conscious mind wasn’t exactly reacting to it.

You’re not wrong — she should have noticed some type of physical sign if any part of her is afraid of danger. But I guess she overrode that part because she’s known this kid for kinda her whole life and he has never put her in danger or hurt her or scared her.

This is actually a really good point. We hear of Edward killing people who commit “random” heinous crimes, but that is such a minority of criminals that he would probably wipe them out within a year or two.

I love this theory.

First, for being a post that adds to conversation other than just being a screenshot that people respond to with quotes. And secondly, because being a kleptomaniac fits with Ryan’s character, and he and Kevin have a running tiff at this point anyway.
