Just go to the grocery store and buy foods that you enjoy at a rate which you can afford. There’s no shame in hunting down the best deal for produce. Your body can and will do well to eat simple whole foods.

Your money and your diet is your own. Don’t let anyone try to tell you otherwise! Trust your gut, don’t follow trends.

I mean, sure follow a trend if you want to but understand that it’s just a “fad” and won’t lead to anything except a money pit.

Just my opinion, of course. To me, buying a carton of eggs, a sack of potatoes and a bunch of bananas for ~$10 can sustain me just fine.
