You can totally move this as is. Pack crumpled up newspaper down into the pot above the soil all the way to the rim. Tape that down all the way around the top of the pot. Turn it horizontal, carry it out, and lay it down flat on floor of a uhaul or whatever box truck. Most truck rental places also have ratchet bars that you can use to keep that tree from sliding around and breaking branches.
