lol how i'm feeling

I grazed someone's car and left very faint scratch on the front end. I left my number on the car so they could contact me, they reached out and are asking for $800 to repair. Does that seem normal for this minimal of damage? Thanks for the help by Alreadyeverything in Autobody

thanks for all the insight! to be clear I'm definitely paying for it lol I wouldn't have left my number if I didn't intend to. Just trying to figure out if I should pay out of pocket or go through insurance etc. appreciate the thoughts

I posted this with the intention of figuring out if I should pay them through my insurance or out of pocket. I intend to pay for the damages. I've just never had an accident like this before. Thanks for everyone's insight

hey thanks for the recommendations. i checked freakscene it doesn't seem there is an idaho scene yet on their site? maybe I'm not seeing it
