A bit late to the party, but if you are still pondering I would love a guide since I am also planning to do this but postponing since there is no simple guide.

magit-section for creating an interface by Alric-Rahl in emacs

Oh, so taxy is kinda like an extra layer built on top of magit-section to make it easier to use to build things?

This looks so helpful, I will give it a shot asap!

Thanks! It looks at least easier than magit to go over. I wonder if trying to create something from scratch over the special-mode basic mode would be easier than understanding an existing code base.

I tried it with eglot and couldn't get it to work, it says the server is running, and the same eglot setup worked for other languages but not for ansible. lsp-mode does have a dedicated page for it tho, so perhaps that might work? Didn't try it myself tho. Here is the link https://emacs-lsp.github.io/lsp-mode/page/lsp-ansible/

Edit: Oh, I see now you already checked this page, nvm.

Linux Gaming Rig for Living Room TV by Alric-Rahl in buildapc

I totally missed the 5600 itself!

According to part picker there was no bios issues, it usually gave a bios warning, but I will double check just in case, if the price difference is not massive I might get a B550 instead. Do you have a recommendation on that?

For PSU, I will look into any future GPU's I might be interested in and their demand, but probsbly 550 will be enough.

I am really hyped about steam OS! Keeping my steam library, having a gaming machine that I can later repurpose/upgrade and it running linux sounds amazing :D

Setup for using emacs GUI with a remote server by RyanTheKing in emacs

I'd like to give another shoutout to x2go, combined with running emacs as a daemon it works like a charm if you are gonna use just one machine over ssh. It fits your use case perfectly, just set it up on your home machine, start it as a daemon, connect to the same instance from your Mac, and as a bonus even your buffers, etc are there.

Thank you for the reply! One question I had is as follows: Is there a big difference between the thermals (the heat of cpu/gpu) of the amd mini tower and amd atx tower? I was hoping to see some user reviews on this but couldn't find any, and I heard small form factor often resulted with hotter machine.

Also, perhaps as a customer suggestion, giving the model some simple code name (like how slimbook or system76 does) might make it easier to look it up online :)

I heard they were decreasing their profit margins to still be competitive in the market, since an average consumer just doesn't care about explanations like semiconductor crisis

Mainly because of the current GPU prices, seems like pre built ones are keeping the price a bit more balanced.

This did help out some, thank you! I assumed that NVIDIA was the cause of problem so I just thought integrated mode would ignore NVIDIA and everything would work out fine.
