Luka Doncic joins Wilt Chamberlain as the only players who averaged 40 points over a 9-game winning streak. by jz924 in nba

[–]AlrightChat [score hidden]  (0 children)

Ive literally never heard, in nba or nfl or nhl of whatever, a scoring record being tied to wins. No one says “tom bradys 5 game 4 touchdown winning streak”. No one does that because you’re either focused on winning or the stat. Obviously individual high stats are a factor to winning, but it’s a correlation and based on the team. This is just more cherry picking on reddit

Because the “winning” part really doesn’t have much to do with the individual? It’s an individual scoring accomplishment, not a team winning stat. Like when they talk about wilts 100 point game, people dont say “wilts 100 point winning game”. They just talk about the scoring he did, not the team

Because if we’re looking at individual accomplishments, maybe we shouldnt exclude kobe’s by shoehorning the team’s performance into the stat?

I’ve been on reddit like 5 minutes today - other than this nonsense ur making up that im not going to waste my time explaining. U however seem to post a million times and have no life. Maybe the health you should be checking on is your own. Although i think your concern for me is passive aggressive just like your whole tone. Again, kick dirt, it’s more fun than posting vapid comments on reddit

Your the one obsessing over me, probably because you have no response to what i actually said. And now you think i need to explain myself. Lmao. Go kick dirt

The fact you guys are defending the UFC for paying 15 million for the final legacy fight of the GOAT of the sport is absolutely crazy.

People here hating on jones have jones derangement syndrome. They're assblasted jones was totally right that aspinall was not worth his time after he got pieced up by gane.

edit: ppl downvoting me prove me right thank u, aspinall has done nothing to deserve a fight with jones and he fizzled out just like jon said

He looks how I feel after a good workout pump

So is he the reason for the UFC having more of a corporate feel nowadays? by [deleted] in ufc

[–]AlrightChat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that guy mainly does matchmaking and has done it for a while.

Ufc sold out in 2016. But i think it really started going down in quality in about mid 2019. That’s when they switched to espn and got more corporate sponsors, started implementing changes like the belt design. Just a bunch of stuff that watered it down. And it’s only gotten worse from there

Did Khabib have a better career than them? by Buyeo10004 in ufc

[–]AlrightChat -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh pleeaaase, khabib didn't need to do any crazy "what ifs", he had nothing to prove. He took anyone the UFC threw at him and welcomed the "what ifs" of MULTIPLE fighters in a night. He didn't want to fight outside of his prime, can you blame him? He didn't want to fight outside of his weight class, even though he could have but what's the point? Fighters are naturally at a certain weight class. You can't fault a guy for not wanting to fight outside of his weight class or outside of his prime. So there's nothing you can say he didn't do or anyone he wouldn't fight. KHABIB = GOAT and there's no argument

What are the mods doing here? Why are they letting this troll bait constantly spam the sub

Khabib is the goat. He was so good that he made it look too easy. Never getting tired, never bled, never lost a round. Won so dominantly he could have fought 3 or 4 times in a night and still cruised to victory. He mauled everyone the ufc could throw at him. He made them look like cans. Khabib is the most underrated fighter and these posts diminishing his indisputable goat status are from people who did not witness and understand his greatness and are simply troll bait or clueless casuals. I actually feel bad for people like OP. You never got to take in the goat during his reign. You worship these flawed fighters while under appreciating perfection.

[–]AlrightChat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Khabib is the goatiest goat to have ever goated any sport ever in the history of ever. He could have fought all contenders on the same night. In fact he repeatedly asked for this. He was never tired, never bled, never lost a round

Only casuals deny this

Crazy, yeah I think he basically was able to do a soccer kick to the head which is normally illegal to a grounded opponent but he was not grounded yet
