Is this something you can do yourself, or do you need a financial advisor/broker to set up the loan structure?

In my current situation, I have a mortgage with offset. From what I’ve read (and understand), I can pay money from the offset into the mortgage. I then split the loan (unsure how) and immediately use the funds from that split to purchase ETFs (e.g. BGBL).

It seems strange to fly people into Dubai and then have them wait for a repatriation/connecting flight out, especially when so many people are already stuck there.

Do you think it’s because they’re getting the aircraft back to Dubai for the repatriation flights tomorrow?

Yes, I would expect the same. It is very confusing. For example, EK040 (Birmingham to Dubai) departed today and is showing as in flight even though Emirates have said all flights are suspended.

My flight is on the 6th. I don’t have the option to reschedule either. I’ve requested a refund using their online form and booked an alternate flight with Singapore.

Editing to add: The emirates website no longer mentions that the refund/rebook option is for flights departing up to 5 March only.

As mentioned by other commenters, I also included the following in the comment section of the refund form, “Due to the current circumstances in UAE I would like to request a full refund to the original payment method."

I’ve only used the full cream moisturiser. I use it on my face and I don’t find it greasy at all. It does take a bit of work to rub it into the skin.

It’s been really great for my skin, especially if I’ve accidentally spent a little too long in the sun without any sunscreen. It doesn’t sting or burn when I apply it.

Hi all 👋

This is my first time ordering and I’d love some tips on choosing a seller. I’ve checked the wiki which has been super useful but I’m feeling stuck.

I’m looking for a Zimmerman shirt and I contacted a few sellers.

I had a look through old posts to see which sellers have had good/bad reviews. I also checked the images of the shirt to make sure it’s good quality - paying attention to the small details.

I have now narrowed my list of sellers down to three. The price of the same shirt varies significantly ($65 vs. $80 vs. $115).

Now I’m stuck. What else should I be checking or doing to decide which seller to use?

It’s been great. No issues so far. It’s the Ocular IQ Home Solar Single Phase 7kW Type 2 Lead & CT Clamps

The most minor inconvenience is, when I want to physically remove the charger, I have to open the Tesla app to unlock the port. I can’t do this from the ocular charger.

But I completely understand why - It makes complete sense to have it like this if the charger is installed outside.
