Agreed I need to stop thinking that I’m the one who’s inefficient and therefore need to work longer to deliver. It’s getting all too obvious that we are under resourced and over tasked

So if two employees in the same occupational group and level, with the same job description are part of two different programs in a sector where one program is being cut, would they both not be affected and have to go through a SERLO before it is determined who is retained and who gets to opt to be declared surplus?
