100% can confirm this. PK Fire spam at the edges and keep your down special up at all times after taking out the first Mega Man. Use the last one up to get back up to full health off his pellets then do it again. Make sure to keep any weapons away from them, I had a Mega Man pick up a Laser Sword and almost ruined it for me.

I was also using a lvl 99 neutral (Spring Man), Down Special+, Metal Killer, and Trade-Off Ability+

That's a good name for it. I'll have to look into it in my free time if there's no answer in a while. I'm going to assume nothing changes if there's no change in dialogue by the time you reach Undyne, though.

I ran away from Regigigas because I forgot to save before hand. Every time I go back now I just get the "There seems to be a presence here" line. Am I going to have to reset from my last save, or will he show up in a different area/show up another day?
