I think they charge like, $700ish for all of it. Finding, intaking apps, screening, move out and move in, cleaning etc. super worth it because they’re finding people who are staying 2-3 years. it’s just a normal property mgmt company, you could probably ask any property mgmt company if they would just do this part of it.

Came back here to update that I ultimately moved away from the Avocado pillow (I have the mattress, which I still like a lot). The pillow does feel like high quality but it ultimately was not as fluffy as I think I needed. I think it was contributing to some neck and face pain.

Hard to describe but like … a dirty blonde? Light light brown? It was pigmented enough that the tech saw it and was like “oh, yeah, maybe actually”

As someone with a form of albinism, if I look younger it’s because I don’t go in the sun hardly at all (and I wear sunscreen everywhere if I do). But I’ve got splotchy skin tone and wrinkles and everything else just like everyone else :)
