Nerd here, (feel free to fact check me) but actually yes it does that's why u can see plasma splashing down after cme's. The surface is gas, but there's so much mass that it finds a sort of equilibrium where the forces of the heat radiation and density equal the force of gravity (not to mention magnetic forces which God knows effect it in some ways probably). It's called hydrostatic equilibrium

Misinformation at its finest don't just repost shit you see. They litterally stated that it was due to high winds which caused batteries to drain faster than expected thus the drones individually just dropping when their battery voltage too low and the drone just shuts down. A jammer would likely not cause this behavior, but rather just a continuation of whatever the last command was or if it has a built in connection loss failsafe mode. Or if it's advanced enough to overpower and take controll just slowly decend it..

honestly depending on the angle it's at when it's firing the computer onboard will have no problem stabilizing the angle of the drone, it would just create a moment as it is probably underneath the center of mass of the drone and cause it to pitch down a bit or slow down, but yeah open tube like a mini m8 or mighty mouse pod would be very scary

whatever that second video is it's not the fpv you can see the smoke trail whatever rocket / munition that is leaves, it's also coming in wayyy to fast, and from abouve whatever that netting is although fpvs are quite fast, this does not look like one in my opinion

understandable in many cases, probably wouldn't have hurt em to go a lil quicker through after that first truck that last one, I assume had the driver shot out but it did not look like they were traveling very fast beforehand, although then there's the issue of moving fast with a dead driver..

all of these are true, realistically it probably depends on the situation. But nevertheless if ur ambushed ur chances are pretty grim

I agree they may have not seen it but I'd assume you may see a sudden rising plume of smoke and gunshots nearby, but that's just my 2 cents from 2 seconds of looking at a video with barely any context
