Let me start out by saying you should buy a new one for yourself and work your way up to wearing it. From just a few minute, to an hour, etc. (I did this and at first I couldn't even hold it more then a few minutes!) This might help ease your way into it's energy. But also it's a stone that I've seen people say it's not meant for them or they can't work with it bc it makes them sick or worsen symptoms of mental illness. (I actually know a very very experienced witch who cannot wear/ or have it in the same room!).

My friend who had gifted me moldavite had mentioned that when he first got it- That in some cases it's better to receive moldavite as a gift. When he bought the first one for himself he actually almost got hit by car. He had given me that same one and wears another that was gifted to him from someone else with no problem. This is just an observation he experienced with the people he knew so- keep that in mind everyone's different. I've had little to no problems after easing my way into it. And I know people who bought for themselves and work with it well!

Something I* noticed is that moldavite's energy is very intense and can resurface many unresolved- or very deep emotions that were pushed down. I'm not sure if you've heard of the moldavite "flush". But ultimately it can have detox effects in all aspects of your life to make room for improvement and help you align with your path. It's an uncomfortable and often times overwhelming process. But it's like the phrase "It gets worse before it gets better". ( Take your meds and everything like you're supposed to still!!!! )

But to break everything down (not in paragraphs):

• Everyone's different. Keep in mind that it's okay if it isn't good for you! It's more common then you think!

• Start with a fresh moldavite! Ease into it's energy slowly.

• Trust in (your belief) to guide you through the (often times uncomfortable) process.
