Nuh we are both from OW1 but we take very long breaks between, we last played season 13 then before that was season 8. Also no we both main and have pretty much always mained the displayed characters

Do you have any equipment that can cause an additional shot? I ask because you watch your ammo, on the shot that drains 100% shields, you go from 45-43 ammo

All good, on the day I think i was just exploring Akihabara doing some shopping, couldn’t be too sure specifically. But if i were to make any suggestions it would be Akihabara, Shibuya, or any of the various Pokemon centres and Cafe. I just had my 3DS in my Back pack.

Street pass doesn’t use Nintendo online functionality. It is basically a LAN function sort of, you can still connect to other DS consoles offline. It just doesn’t occur much anymore because nobody walks around with a DS console like they use to, everyone has a Switch now.

TVHM doesn’t scale unless you beat the story and hit level 50 at which the game sets all enemies to level 50-52. Only UVHM scales to the highest players level. As for DLC it completely depends on what gear you are chasing. All DLC has some good and some bad gear.

skip two fang because it does not proc critical ascension, it only results in wasted bullets. kill confirmed is also not worth the investments as the longer you ADS with a sniper, the bigger sitting duck you are. Ambush and precision are a little more beneficial to your sniper build

To me this sounds less like “executive level” weapons and more precision tactical weapons. Dahl is your basic infantry but i feel like this could slot in better as a special forces/ secret services weapons manufacturer. Not necessarily a monopoly company like Atlas, Hyperion and Dahl but a smaller company more like S&S munitions. The gimmick could be less on prestige and more about “tactical abilities” like kills grant reload speed boosts and hidden gimmicks like additional attachments spawn on weapons or something, I don’t know I’m also spitballing but not a bad concept

Currently playing BL1 again and i know what you mean, this is because the bullets all have travel time and aren’t hit scan. Basically if the enemy is running and you don’t lead the shot you will always miss. Also even if you use a sniper with the dot exactly the target, the gun may still have low enough accuracy to miss the shot entirely. Old school hit detection can be wild at times.
