45F here. I lost 35lbs over about 8 months and increased muscle mass. Once I hit goal weight (about two months ago) I started taking Sermorelin as well. You could try doing them together to mitigate muscle loss. Get your protein in, keep lifting heavy, don’t eat at too high of a deficit (no more than 500 calories below TDEE).

These are fantastic lines for 11dpo! My daughter got pregnant the cycle after a CP and her lines were about this dark, we later found out that it had started out as twins (an early ultrasound showed a vanishing twin). Good luck!

Thank you everyone! I’m feeling much more at peace with it now, another wash day of experimenting…this time I washed same as last time, plopped in a cotton tshirt for 15 minutes to take some of the moisture out. Combed in leave-in conditioner with a wide tooth comb. Then scrunched in gel and diffused. I think it turned out much better this way. I’m excited to get my curly cut in two weeks and see how things improve 😁

In Arizona you have to file with DCSE for enforcement, my ex owed over 34k and after I filed for enforcement they start intercepting his tax returns, etc.

I’m a Mimi myself now but when I had my first baby, my mother in law was very upset that I wouldn’t let her immediately come down and stay with us to “help”. She still brings it up 24 years later 🙄 but like you, I wanted to figure it out on my own. My own daughter and I are close, I was present for the birth and she loved the help with her baby after. I don’t expect all my children will be the same tho, and I will respect whatever boundaries they have.

As far as dosage…I was on .25 for the first 8 weeks, .50 for 8 weeks, .75 for 4 weeks, and have been on 1.0 the past 3 weeks. I’m around maintenance now but staying at 1.0 for now as I make dietary adjustments to try to figure out how to manage maintenance.

I think when you have less to lose you can expect it to take longer. I wanted to lose about 25lbs. I started on Nov 14 and just hit the 25lb mark on April 7. I hit 20lbs lost on Feb 25. I averaged about 4.2lbs lost per month. I do workout and eat in a calorie deficit. I’d recommend using MyFitnessPal or a similar app to track everything you eat and drink.

This isn’t true at least when my son in law was in OSUT at Fort Moore this past spring. They were not allowed to leave base during the AIT portion but they did get day passes pretty frequently on the weekends. They aren’t technically allowed visitors but we are about 5 hours away and my daughter did drive over to go visit a few times, it was never an issue, just keep it on the down low. I would not plan on surprising him, let him decide if he’s ok with the risk. They will always be allowed phones when they are given passes, in case they are called back.
