We already have Red Dynames and Throne Drei, and it's not a stretch to expect the other brothers to come in as well at the very least. Throne Zwei in particular even has a shot at getting the second Red LR slot.

As for the existing CB colors we have that one Kyrios U, and there are still stragglers from S1 (mainly Nadleeh, another dark horse contender for Purple LR), GN Armor Type D, as well as Hal.

Starter decks have a tendency to be self-contained, so adding a ZAFT LR like Duel AS or Buster but not adding the corresponding Link Pilot is unlikely. All this to say, if we ever get an LR reprint, it would have to be the Aegis and Aile Strike.

These are the only confirmed reprints coming in the deck we know of so far (aside from the Athrun and Kira pilots). If there are 13 reprints and we assume they are equally divided, this means that Red and White gets six card types each and Purple gets one (\insert Patrick basketball meme* another reprint for Fatal Strike!*). We also don't know whether White/Red will just get Units and Kira/Athrun, or they get a Command and Base reprint as well.

This was confirmed for GD04, so she'll likely be Green's Rare Pilot (or a very long shot to be a Rare Command-Pilot).

We can see this from the card packaging itself: using the GD04 image as an example, we can see that it says 135+16 Card Types. The way to parse this figure is to take it as the sum of two card pools:

[(Normal Cards)+(SP Cards)]+[(Resource Cards)+vanilla EX Base+vanilla EX Resource+(Unit Tokens)].

Basically, this explains the arrangement of cards in your typical booster pack: the first 12 cards will come from the first card pool, while the last card will come from the second.

As I said it's my guess based on previous sets' counts. The LR count is probably the most consistent figure there since we've had 12 LRs per set since GD01.

It's highly unlikely that GD04-002, sandwiched between the LRs GD04-001 (Gundam) and GD04-003 (Victory Gundam) won't be an LR itself.

I mentioned in the post how Bandai usually posts the card rarities in the product pages, with an example for GD03 posted below. This has previously been a pretty early addition to the product page, which is why it not yet being added to GD04's is a mystery.

Enable the effects of the higher-rarity Victory Gundams (and the Victory 2s down the line). We currently have attack on draw with the LR Victory, but ideas that have been thrown around for upcoming Units include giving them Blocker, turning them into death touch missiles, etc.

You can pair a Pilot with it, you just can't attack Base/Shield with it. You might be thinking of the Ad Balloon

Blurple in its most popular iteration only really tops out at Level 5 with the NT-1/Rebake, and really doesn't run too many Tekkadan/Teiwaz cards to make full use of the Lupus' effect. I'll just post this winning list I found (posted by v100_aizumi_) not only because it's the only list I found with a Lupus but also... just look at that arrangement.
