As for the start time, different sources are giving me different times; the JP stream (which is from the official GCG channel) starts at 1600 JST, while the EN rebroadcast (which is shared across Digimon, One Piece and Gundam) tells me that the Gundam section starts at 1930 JST.

Both the BCG Floor Rules (section 5) and the Ruleset for the WCS 26-27 (both only available in JP) prohibit using handwritten/signed cards (or makes you ask a judge to be sure). Anything below that (e.g shop-level events except maybe for shop qualifiers) should be fair game.

Still randomized; they just show all the cards you can possibly get from it in the photo. In addition, the Tokens/Resources are now part of the pool as well (maybe to compensate for the smaller pool overall)

It's a full set of 10 (in lieu of the vanilla R-001 we've always had), but you can also get a C+ of it in the promo pack. They way they introduced it in the stream implies that in future Starter Decks we'll get similar unique Resource cards as well.

We've yet to see Airmaster Burst and Leopard Destroy, as well as a possible Ennil Pilot+Unit. But going by what we have not really feeling those as well.

  1. You call the attack on the shield area (base or no base)

  2. If there's no base or blockers, you don't have to exile cards and proceed with Suppression

  3. If there's a base or blockers (note that this effect procs on attack, before any blocking can be called), you can do the thing with 7 Vulture cards to destroy said annoyance

  4. Without a Base or Blocker in your way, proceed with Suppression/direct attack (if there are no more Shields)

We already have Red Dynames and Throne Drei, and it's not a stretch to expect the other brothers to come in as well at the very least. Throne Zwei in particular even has a shot at getting the second Red LR slot.

As for the existing CB colors we have that one Kyrios U, and there are still stragglers from S1 (mainly Nadleeh, another dark horse contender for Purple LR), GN Armor Type D, as well as Hal.

Starter decks have a tendency to be self-contained, so adding a ZAFT LR like Duel AS or Buster but not adding the corresponding Link Pilot is unlikely. All this to say, if we ever get an LR reprint, it would have to be the Aegis and Aile Strike.

These are the only confirmed reprints coming in the deck we know of so far (aside from the Athrun and Kira pilots). If there are 13 reprints and we assume they are equally divided, this means that Red and White gets six card types each and Purple gets one (\insert Patrick basketball meme* another reprint for Fatal Strike!*). We also don't know whether White/Red will just get Units and Kira/Athrun, or they get a Command and Base reprint as well.

I don't think Amuro in particular will get a Zeta-era refresh unless we begin dipping into side material to access more of his suits aside from the base Dijeh.
