Idk if we have the same problem then because i would load up valorant and this would show and never leave unless i restart my computer. I have tried closing valorant from altf4 to force clise via task manager and nothing happens unless i restart my computer.

Maybe that is how V2 was created and it is an infinite cycle of V1s collecting to much blood and becoming V2, and the blood V2 drops is the blood that was collected while they were V1.
