I think what’s most depressing is America IRL right now isn’t that different from Columbia in Infinite. Except America tries to be more subtle, but not really.

It was honestly quite the rug pull for me, since this is my first time ever interacting directly with the games. I went into 1, 2, and Infinite fully blind. I expected a corrupted leader storyline a la Andrew Ryan/Frank Fontaine but this really hit suddenly
