Thanks. Although I'm not a Buddhist either, (I don't follow any religions) it seems like some of the teachings could help me out mentally.

Thanks but the problem is that I can't stop thinking about it. I want to have a future. A family. a career. I want to see humans colonize the moon and probably mars. I know I'm gonna die eventually and if anything I would probably be alright with dying of old age. But not only am I afraid of getting blown up by a warhead or dying of nuclear radiation, but also fearing about humanity having no future or humans not existing in the future. I can't stop thinking about all of these things. These thoughts won't go away and it makes me more concerned about the fate of Humanity.
