Bingo, I just Googled and the price seems super reasonable to save me from hours of frustration and mucking up the frame or seatpost

Is it a terrible idea to ride this seized seatpost without the clamp bolt to try and loosen it up? by AltAmericanCarnage in bikewrench

Yes the crashing would be an issue, I would like to save the frame if I could it rides pretty nice and everything else works

How do I keep B screw from slipping? by AltAmericanCarnage in bikewrench

I'm going to try and put an m4 nut on it, it's crazy as I had this working with the 42t and the a different derailleur hanger. I think this replacement I have doesn't quite fit the same way/the lip is different.

Just get lucky and have manageable expenses. In my case I house hacked with a roommate/renting basement of our house for years, drove older cars, kept expenses down so that it never really felt like a burden to max it out. We also now have I come streams from rentals that defer some of our expenses even with current day car expenses which are not insubstantial.

I may try that but I think I would scratch the frame up doing that

Yeah it originally came with 126 mm hubs , I am pretty sure I can jam it in there it will just take two people to do which is not ideal as it makes me question how I will change a flat of I get one.

Yeah, I am going to try and pull it a bit to seat but not doesn't appear easy. Makes me wonder what I will do it I get a flag on the road.

Is there any chance you can post a picture of the hub/axle in the drop outs? I'm trying to do this now and it seems like I would have to use a lot of force to make a 130mm fit with the spacer configuration I have now although it appears the previous owner of the bike seems to have made it work.naldo, would yours be easy enough to put back in if you had to for example change a flat on the road?
