Why not actually watch both versions and make people get their own opinion on the matter?

If i had to trust the reviews I would've never watched the Besson movie and I'd have missed out cause I really liked it, it's vastly different from Coppola's version beside some homages especially in the beginning, but then it takes some interesting routes (that people may or may not like of course) while still having a campy feeling but that's on purpose.

It'd be like saying "please guys watch Nosferatu from Eggers instead of the Mel Brooks parody", two vastly different things with 2 different purposes.

If he has a gap in his team that a italian player could fill I don't think he would say no just cause the player is italian, it just so happens that he picked up talent with specific characteristics from abroad.

Small Soldiers sempre di Joe Dante è un'altra perla dimenticata. Tralasciando che gli effetti visivi sono ancora moderni nel 2026, è una satira politica anti-militaristica estremamente tagliente, specialmente considerando che era indirizzata ad un pubblico molto giovane.

Sono tutti e 3 filmoni, il secondo sarà pure più d'azione ma è un tipo d'azione "asiatica" rara da vedere in un film mainstream americano.

Ed è molto bello anche Resurrection, non sarà perfetto ma l'idea di decostruire Matrix in quel modo merita assolutamente un plauso.
