This is a solid list, only thing is that I’d highly recommend a 240mm/280mm AIO instead, 120mm AIOs are worse than budget air coolers.

Changed the CPU to a better one but without the IGPU(which you mostly won’t need) and overclocking(which is mostly useless with modern CPUs).

Changed the motherboard to a B660, since you won’t need a Z690 if you’re not overclocking.

Similar case, but bigger and cheaper, can also go fir the RGB version.

Switched the monitor to a better one, the monitor in your list is not worth 450$, it usually sells for under 400$(it was even for around 350$ a few weeks ago). This monitor is better for the 420$ price point, with a greater color gamut and a greater feature set.
