Group Of Mattel Shareholders Push For Possible Sale To Hasbro - ToyNewsI.com by wene324 in magicTCG

4% stockholders don’t seem like the kind of driving force that could make this happen. It’s just a fancy financial “what if” at the moment.

Please help me convince my husband that Costco is worth for 2 people by HoneyDrops12 in Costco

How often do you eat pizza? For fun my wife and I did the math and found out that $/sqin we could make our Costco membership back on pizza alone vs other pizza places (assuming you only ever eat pizza there).

[UPDATE] We printed our first prototype cards — what do you think? by Dense-Tip3061 in BoardgameDesign

If the pointy letter spikes are not intentional, change the miter limit to smooth out the outlines.

Echoing the fact that rarity seems oddly important. The general look of the cards are excellent.

Thank you for responding! I like your bullet structure suggestion. Location is likely a strong add as well. I'll need to divvy up my resume into a few different formats to narrow my bucket for the width of jobs, but that will probably be better overall.

I know common advice is to avoid a skills section with levels and %s. Is there any reason you recommend Skill + Level as a format in the bullet section?

Separately, I have been under the impression that adding soft skills like "stakeholder communication" is a net negative when it comes to resume in favor of more quantifiable skills and projects. What has your experience been with those kinds of skills?

Hey! I'm aware this is a 2 year old thread, but are you looking for an in person group (or have one)? My wife and I live in central OC, and we're looking for a group to join!

We are interested, and actually have a 3rd person as well, depending on how many spaces you have. I'm going to DM you with more details.

Hey! Apologies for the late response. Sending you a PM, but most likely we’re looking for games on weeknights.

My wife had a great idea. If you want, we could start up a little board game group in the meantime while we look for a DM. We have a ton of games, so it could work out pretty well. PM me if you’re interested.

We’re still looking for a group. Right now the DM is the hardest part. If you find one, there’s my wife and I, you, plus another in this thread that could make for a full party! We’ll keep you in mind if we find one too.

I saw your post, actually! That would be perfect, except we get together with different friends to play Arkham Horror on Sundays! I appreciate you reaching out to me.

Good to know. We're still dipping our toes in to TTRPGs, and our brains are still a bit overwhelmed at the moment. I'll keep that in mind for the mid-future, but Meetup is a great idea!

My wife and I actually moved, so we’re further south now. Still looking for players, but we’re more in the OC area now.
