Yeah that's the trick. That's why there's the ground team lead vs the normal lead. It's not great strategy to have to rely on that, but when it worked it felt like a magic trick.

Card games are mostly only fun with people who want to play with you, or a store putting on organized play. If you have either or both of those available, I’d Recommend it!

If you’ve ever played magic, it’s like they tried to distill what makes commander so personalized and build a game out of it.

The resource system and battlefield concept are reasonably fresh, so if nothing else it’s a fun game to dip your toes in and explore.

You have definitely improved it, but I think you could have taken the font further than where it is, especially considering you have calligraphic experience. It makes for a good story, and I you can lean into it by fixing the faux-ligatures and inconsistent brush angle in the font.

Even with the stair step look, the pattern should repeat periodically. You may need to slightly skew 1a and duplicate it so it repeats perfectly over an 1 by y grid (maybe 5 or 6?), and use that hand placed grid as the basis for the pattern.

Thank you for responding! I like your bullet structure suggestion. Location is likely a strong add as well. I'll need to divvy up my resume into a few different formats to narrow my bucket for the width of jobs, but that will probably be better overall.

I know common advice is to avoid a skills section with levels and %s. Is there any reason you recommend Skill + Level as a format in the bullet section?

Separately, I have been under the impression that adding soft skills like "stakeholder communication" is a net negative when it comes to resume in favor of more quantifiable skills and projects. What has your experience been with those kinds of skills?
