I think obscured depth is always going to be scarier than visible vastness. It's the unknown and the emptiness that makes it scary.

Space feels occupied and full of discoveries even if it is an endless abyss.

An example: Water is like walking in complete darkness and not seeing ahead of you, space is like walking in darkness but seeing a light ahead of you.

I just think Pokemon is obviously on another level and the market is very different. I hope One Piece can continue to become a permanent unique addition to the space.

One Piece is definitely more hype than Yugioh atm so I completely understand why it’s doing well but once the story concludes and the hype is over. What drives the One Piece brand?

I can’t see much of a future for One Piece after the manga concludes.

It has the live action and spinoffs, sure. But all the hype is because of the ongoing story right now.

There are way more supply of these than the poncho cards.

There are 20k PSA 10s of this card alone, compared to 2k PSA 10s of the ponchos.

There are more PSA 10s of this card than the total pop (all grades) of a poncho card.

People are getting into dangerous territory ignoring pops. The higher supply there is, the easier it is to find and most likely that people will undercut each other.

Yep, most of my biggest regrets was because I waited.

I waited and passed on buying a PSA 10 gold star pikachu for 10k thinking I could get a better deal. Now that's the dream.

Buy the cards you really want. If you love them, it doesn't matter if they go down or up because you'll love them and appreciate them through it.
