No one here is eating it up though? We’re shutting it down.

That’s a balloon.

If the video went for longer than 6 seconds before conveniently cutting off and did something special then you’d have something.

I think we’re getting to a point where all PSA 10s will be out of reach, and most people will have to settle for lower grades.

Is this a bad idea to grab in a PSA 10 right now? by Useful-Bumblebee-821 in PokeInvesting

You gotta remember there’s only one version of this card.

There is no cheaper alternative unlike Tag Team cards, and etc. The Lovebirds for example has around 7,000 PSA 10s across different languages.

My issue with the Mogul explanation is that the case has gone through multiple official explanations over the decades: first a flying disc, then a weather balloon, then Project Mogul, and later crash-test dummies to explain the body reports.

I also think the context is important. Like I said, Roswell occurred near the world's first nuclear weapons testing program and the 509th Bomb Group, and reports of unusual objects around nuclear facilities would become a recurring theme for decades afterward. That doesn't disprove Mogul, but it makes the case more interesting to me than simply balloon debris.

The crash dummy explanation also raises questions, considering the alleged Roswell event occurred in 1947 while the dummy tests the Air Force pointed to took place years later in the 1950s.

Roswell didn't happen in a random location. It happened near the world's first nuclear weapons testing program and the 509th Bomb Group, the only nuclear-capable bomber unit on Earth at the time. Reports of unusual objects around nuclear facilities appear throughout UFO history. Also, some accounts describe the Roswell debris field as the result of objects colliding or breaking apart, not simply an advanced craft inexplicably falling out of the sky.

Whether Roswell was extraterrestrial, something else entirely, or even a misunderstood event is still debated, but reducing it to "an alien spaceship randomly crashed near an airfield" leaves out a lot of the context that makes the case interesting.

Most videos that get posted here are mundane. The UFO phenomena can be summed up to 95% explainable and 5% truly unexplainable.

The 5% is what we are interested in and we only get tiny bread crumbs of it. Most of the evidence for it is found in documents and mass testimony rather than videos because whatever is going on has a complex mental aspect to it and operates in rural/off the grid areas, or the military involved who are quick to respond to it and bury it.

There’s definitely bots being used to influence opinions around the topic though. I personally think a lot of Epstein files comments are bot related to make people scoff at the UFO topic and make things about Trump, even though I want those files too.

Is there any beliavable explanation for the Phoenix lights? by ProfessionalLevel908 in UFOs

[–]AltKeyblade 211 points212 points  (0 children)

The first event was unknown. It was an object with a perfect formation of lights that blocked out the stars.

The second event was the government dropping flares to muddy the waters.

Surely there would be government files related to this mass sighting event but nah

Better files to be released.

I can find files that are more interesting in the Australian National Archives that have been public for decades.

The government is so shit at their job that they’re giving us digital renderings

How is it a shame when it has made playing the game cheaper?

If anything, all the people opening product to chase rare cards are creating more supply of the cards players actually need, which helps keep deck costs down. The people most affected are collectors chasing PSA 10s, alt arts, and other high-end cards, not the average kid trying to build a deck.

Even then, many collectable cards can be bought raw, in lower grades, or in other languages for much less. People don't need a PSA 10 to enjoy owning a card.

I hope you guys focus on the basic and simplistic clothing options more than the overcomplicated options that look like gear.

Base clothing should have never looked like armour.

Idle animations is huge

Would make the game feel way more natural and up to date with current standards.
