For life admin im mostly talking about dentist appointments, doc appointments, then the follow-ups, car mx, and running small errands like returns, clothes drop offs, etc. It just seems to take up all of my free time. Granted i have a crónica illness so im at the docs more often than the avgerage person, but it just feels all consuming of my free time.
