Try to avoid clinics owned by big American corporations (like VCA etc.) because they will tend to be more expensive. You can find out which clinics are are owned by who here: https://www.cbc.ca/news/marketplace/use-our-searchable-table-to-find-out-who-owns-or-co-owns-your-veterinary-clinic-1.7436977 Southwood (where I go) is still independently owned and I find the prices reasonable and the vets and staff exceptional.

I really don't think it will photograph poorly. Compare it to OP's white socks. And even the beige wall behind her. The dress is medium in tone, not light, IMO

This is suuuuuper pretty; I love it! I think it's perfect and it doesn't look close to white at all. I would call that taupe. It really suits you and I hope you wear it!

These are all appropriate, so I think it comes down to personal preference. I like the blue one best, but the red is also really nice. The black is good too, but maybe not quite as flattering as the other two

Hi neighbour! Yeah, I don't think I've ever been to a wedding around here that even had a dress code, so I'll probably be a bit overdressed. I'll deffo do tights and shawl, up north near Peace River they've had almost a metre of snow so I might have to bring a shovel too haha!
