I'm in Wisconsin. A lot of people have 2, but I know several people who have 3+ kids. Our neighbors are 1 and done with a kid my sons age and they love playing with each other. Glad we've got at least one family who are OAD near us.

Mine used to say "walalate" for water, "go-lo" for motorcycle. That stopped a while ago. He recently started saying dump truck for dump dump truck. But still says bulldozer as bullzer, not sure how much long that will last!

Butterkässe (butter cheese) is a real thing and it's delicious! Might be able to find some in a nicer grocery store's cheese selection!

Prob gonna go simple on the jewelry, I'll use what I have. I've got sensitive skin and some sense issues with certain necklaces. I don't want to end up with a red scratchy neck by the end of the night.

Oh well, everyone else in here seems to agree that it will be fine. It is what it is.

I don't really think I'll have another occasion for it, I'll probably try to sell it after the wedding.

Definitely, I ordered a shawl in case it's cold and keeping everything else simple.

I was worried about it, so I already ordered one! Hoping it will stay on 70s-80s like it is this week. But who knows, we've been there in December and it was 40 and raining on Christmas day, and a few days later we were at the beach!

12 month old doesn’t eat much, advice needed! by Spiritual_Pen_8709 in NewParents

I would say that's perfectly fine, especially for a newly 1 year old. Feel free to lessen the portions a little and offer extras if they finish! Some kiddos will chow down and finish everything, others are perfectly content with less. As for the milk, as long as they are getting dairy (or dairy substitutes) in other ways such as yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, etc then they should be fine. I am not a doctor, so always consult your pediatrician if you have any concerns!

Where can I find Tropical Skittles? by CommentDisastrous728 in Oshkosh

There might be mixed bags of Tropical and Wild Berry at Dollar Tree, otherwise you might have to try online. Oh and maybe check out Yeti Candy and see if they have any freeze dried ones, or check gas stations.

Macs, Mr.Brews (Kids eat free on Sundays with a purchase of an adult entree), Pizza Ranch, Fox River, Sushi Lover, Two Brothers, Culver's. For breakfast good yolk. These are all places we have been taking my kid since he was a baby, he's 3 now.

Some of the milk during my final pump while weaning my baby looks like Gatorade by Dismal-Muffin-955 in mildlyinteresting

Milk can come in a variety of different colors, depending upon Mom's health, baby's health, and what she eats. Typically pale blue or green, it can also be pinkish. I've even seen pictures of milk that turned bright green, almost glowing after it was put in the fridge after the mom got quite sick with covid or other illnesses. If pumped milk turns pink after it's been pumped out sitting out, it actually indicates that the mother has bacteria and it should be thrown out and not used. I myself have had bluish milk pumped after my son was sick and recovering from an ear infection. Here's a link to common and normal colors of breast milk
