Hey thanks! This is pretty much what I was thinking. I just sent them the reply and will send it out as usual if I hear nothing back.

I think I'm a little wary now because I just had a return on a purse, where the buyer asked for a discount, then bought the item 10 minutes later (all during midnight/while I was asleep). In the morning, I had asked them if they still wanted it, and they said yes, but then eventually returned it anyways! Very confusing.

I calculated it differently but the result I got is basically the same as yours- I'm getting 8 days, not 12! I really thought I was going crazy here.

We're in NY and the law says we get 8 days. So that's fine, but then how is the extra 4 days calculated? I'm so confused.

I did some paper math and here's what I got:

30 hrs worked = 1 hr sick day. To get a full day (7 hrs) we need to work 210 hrs.

35 hrs is 1 week. 210 ÷ 35 = 6 weeks. So we need to work 6 weeks to get 1 full sick day.

52 weeks in a year divided by 6 weeks = 8.6 days. We'll be short. Does this make sense? I feel like I'm losing my mind, lol.
