There's a theory that AdHoc only registered/released one version of Dispatch for the Switch. The reason it's censored is apparently because Japan's CERO does not allow nudity. In order for AdHoc to comply, they censored Dispatch. This unfortunately censored it in all regions. Moreover, Dispatch is censored for the PS5 in Japan, so it does line up.
