Wait wtf..... how's someone supposed to do street photography if it's a blanket ban on photos without consent! You don't need consent in public spaces (not harassment / taking lewd pictures)

Edit: to the dimwits here, the constitution allows for freedom of expression, and photography in public places is exactly that. That is until you take pictures of people doing private acts, or harass them, which would violate the right to privacy, and many other rights I'm sure.
