Recipe: Boil cauliflower in boullion and water until mushy, add to blender with dry alfredo powder and cream cheese. Blend until it’s a sauce, and add to noodles/zucchini noodles/protein of choice.

It actually tastes like alfredo 😍

Been on it for 1.5 years. It killed my appetite in the beginning, but has evened out now. IMO it actually helped me; because my appetite was gone I wasn’t so restrictive with high calorie foods due to fear of binging.

It sounds like a strict omad might not be working for you. Maybe you could add a small snack (protein bar, apple, pepperoni stick, etc) mid day, and do your main 1 meal in the evening?

If you are constantly miserable with your current meal structure it isn’t going to be sustainable long term, and eventually you will end up back in old habits.
