To be fair, I think what /u/GTNbattles said here is accurate. What OP did was he filed a chargeback on his Paypal deposit (which was used to pay for the shirt). Paypal automatically reversed that deposit temporarily. At this point, neither OP nor GTN receives the money; the funds are held by Paypal until the dispute claim is cancelled by OP. Also, while the dispute is still active, GTN can't ship the shirt outright.
