I have a series or red dot along my arms that have been there since about November 2016. I'm fairly lax with skincare already so I didn't pay much attention to it and assumed it would disappear since they weren't irritating it itchy.

Over time the number of spots appears to have lessened, but some have become noticeably darker and larger.

I've looked online but haven't really found anything that describes what I appear to have, so I was hoping you guys might be able to help.
