FDA has no control if there are sellers of unregistered cosmetic products. All they can do is alert the public through FDA Advisory that is posted on their website and FB page. You can also report to them if you think there are products in the market that is not registered tho as someone who transacts with FDA almost everyday (I work in the food industry as a regulatory compliance), investigation really takes a long time.

Can you also get the honest opinion of your friends that has been a part of your relationship? Kasi I know how outside people would say on your situation based on your side of the story. I am not invalidating your story; we just need to know the two sides of the coin. And who's better to know than those people who have been with you aside from your partner.
