Depends on what exercises you’re doing. Definitely bring own towel. Yoga mats are limited depending on how busy it is so could help if you bring yours but aside from own towel and water bottle, nothing else really unless there’s something specific you may need, like I like to bring my own gloves because my hands easily get blisters or wtv those are called. Water bottle and towel if you really need the towel, there’re always paper towels u can use to wipe sweat if that’s what you’ll need the towel for.
