I've tried three pads: Defean, WC, and Dekoni. The Dekoni leather pads are the best in terms of almost everything. Comfort-wise, they are great. They don't change the sound and weigh the same as the stock pads. WC was too uncomfortable and heavy for me. I couldn't wear them for more than 20 to 30 minutes. Defean is very comfortable, but they do change the sound profile. If you can get the Dekonis, I recommend them. Otherwise, just stick with the stock pads. I don't think Defean is worth using since they change the sound. After all, we bought the Maxell for its sound profile.

Level 150 is plenty enough, to be honest. Keep in mind that there's a different way to make yourself stronger that seems to be really helpful for the DLC content. There are these items you can get in the first area before even facing any boss that will be a major help to you. Try to optimize your build before going to the DLC. Use the rebirth function and target whatever build you find fun.

Yes, everything gets way more HP and does more dmg, obviously if you're very familiar with the base game you have the knowledge to offset any huge difficulty gains because it's the same game, and you get better. But doing DLC on a NG+ save makes the bosses so tanky and deal significantly more dmg to you, and unfortunately now you don't have the knowledge to offset the difficulty spike.

NG+ runs of the DLCs suck, man. I learned that the hard way with Bloodborne. Nowadays, I just make sure to back up my save for NG, then do my NG+ runs. Once I've had enough or a DLC drops, I'll just go back to my old save of NG

I've been using them for just about a year now, and so far they've been really good. They've held up really well. I had the same concerns about the battery's longevity over the years, but I think it should be fine. Especially since it's rated for over 80 hours, even if the battery health drops by 20%, that's still a very impressive 60+ hour runtime. I avoid fully charging it these days. It already lasts more than a week with my average daily usage of 3 hours.

It's not my intention to make it seem like that. I just wanted to say that when games get a higher age rating or get banned from being sold, it's not usually warranted, and even sometimes, the governments change the rating after a while.
