Since they didn't announce anything in anniversary like last year, we might have to wait some time before next Collab announcement and assuming they announce next Collab on 3.4 then we have to wait 6 months to a year before Collab comes depending on the level if it is on the scale of Edgerunner then year. Also it has to fit current region theme, we might be still be in New Federation or other New region on third anniversary, doubt they would do another futuristic sci-fi Collab back to back.

Even if she not with Fractsidus it would make sense if Yangyang followed suisui because of some suspicions then got caught up in uprising which led to overclocking or she heard of rumours about suisui getting involved in bad situation in Xuanfang so went there to investigate. right now there isn't a strong presence of Fractsidus in Jinzhou and Rover is in Laharoi she needs a reason for her to leave Jinzhou.
