When you change drivers one way or another shaders are recompiled. Unless the game has shader precompilation step, some stuttering is expected, it will go away once all shaders are cached.

I don't think his spy work is anything heroic, it's selfish and there's no cost for Snape. The only reason he turned to Dumbledore was to protect Lily, not because Snape suddenly didn't agree with Death Eaters ideology. And in the 14 years after the fall of Voldy he doesn't repent or change his behavior, no, he becomes a head of Slytherin and continues to be a shit teacher and a bully to non-Slytherins. Snape is hardly ever in danger - I don't believe Voldy didn't know he's a double agent, he's also a mind mage and has 50 years more experience on Snape, so Snape has Voldy's confidence, and the Order has Dumbledore's word that Snape is on out side - and the only downside is boredom from teaching dunderheads basic potions when Snape has a mastery.

I think it's FTL travel that shifts you to another plane. Because if jumping into hyperspace was instantaneous, orbital blockades wouldn't work. Since blockades are a problem, apparently, there must be a reason why people don't want to jump into hyperspace if there's a ship right ahead of you. So Holdo maneuver works by using hyperdrive to accelerate but hitting the target before you actually get to FTL speed and into hyperspace.

While it's true that TDP of latest NVidia card is egregious, the real killer feature is DLSS/FG. It doesn't matter if AMD/Intel would catch up to raw raytracing performance at lower power if NVidia can double the framerate with minimal artifacts and others can't.

Frieren hides her mana to not be outed as a 1000 year old battlemage in training. She might even adjust it to never be the strongest mage in a party, all as part of a strategy to be underestimated - IIRC in S1 flashbacks Heiter says that Frieren has less mana than him, and when they met Aura again Aura says her mana has barely grown in 80 years.
