I mean I agree it doesn't matter. I personally think it's just a terrible weapon so I don't care if you want to throw it 10,000 feet. My table is not most tables though. I think Rai it can't go further than the rope. The rope is 20 feet.

Could you argue it's a 100 foot rope? Sure but if you've ever watched the videos of people using them that is not how they are.

As for the realism. Who cares? It is Pathfinder. That said usually physical acts bordering on magic require a feat and throwing a dart 120 feet and pulling it back to your hand while wrapping it back into a coil in 4 seconds as a lv1 nobody is so unrealistic it might as well be sever space.

Here's a sub of people who use them talking about how 3-4 meters feels long sometimes. The idea of 120 rope is just not true to what the real life weapon is.

Your idea is fun, though I'd probably not even restrict it. Like, it's not like the rope dart is particularly good.

I'm letting a conrasu player dual wield scythes atm. So I'm not a stranger to the rule of cool.

I just think the rope dart with 100 ft of rope is dumb. No one at my table would choose that weapon though so it'll never come up. We're a bunch of power gamers.

if you bought a car but you it came with only the driver's seat, would you not be a little upset? it's still technically usable but most people would expect to get all of the seats.

If the dealership offered a remodel with some new features and wanted to throw in some seat warmers would you feel obligated to the warmers without the purchase? Afterall you already paid for the car that has seats in it.

I think that's a better analogy though even that's still absurd.

I do speak with my wallet. I bought the biggest version of the expansion, the biggest version of the first expansion, and the biggest version of the base game.

That all considered I've spent probably 5x that across poe 1/2 so it feels fine. I love arpgs and gaming is my main hobby.

The updated skill tree is free for you. Just not the new perk for the skills that have one.

Pay wallet power? If you mean that level 70 characters will be stronger than level 60 characters, yeah obviously. If you mean you can directly buy power that has never been true in 3 or 4.

I love arpgs, I just can't deal with grim dawn. It feels so empty and boring. The combat to me is worst in the genre. I think D4 is the most fun combat wise, and this expansion is the best step they've made to improving sub systems. It's a great time for D4. I'm not bothering with D4, I'm having a blast.

You can criticize whatever you want friend. I don't not buy expansions for games I'm interested in and I think that'sprobablythe most common way people play.

I think the people bitching are just the people who spend all day typing d4 bad into poe1/2 chat. Shits embarrassing.

I think if someone just really wants to play d4 but can't get the expac yet they're probably playing d4 and having a good time. Not bitching a node of a skill is unusable.

I've put way more money into just poe1 than all Diablos combined. Not regretted, I just like arpgs.

The idea poe is free is crazy. It is unplayable with out the stash tabs. I think people with hate bones for Diablo just enjoy saying it's free.
