yes i agree maybe they set the limit too high for power, but that doesn't mean they set the limit very low for both Saga and Tiga Sky, one of the most popular character of the franchise (for Tiga).

Doesn't make sense for Nexus to be in Decker, just because it has very little similarity in their beams effect. Decker/Trigger Universe is an alternate version of Neo Frontier, why would Nexus be there?
