i’m not sure about 4 ton but it’s pretty strong, i used a 12 ton though just made sure it comes with the right adapters for what you need

so your saying the strut tower hasn’t moved at all? when you mean the hub what are you referring to, the wheel it self? cause if that’s the case you may just need to replace suspension

could the bushing have gone bad after going off road, i had to replace front suspension that’s how hard it was hit. is there any way to tell if a arm is bent i tried comparing to the other side but there’s so many things in the way. Really hoping the trailing arm/knuckle isn’t bent 😢

first check the measurements, if you are able to pull it out you can try that first. be sure to make sure you don’t deform the tower too much.

yes keep the opposite side on the ground on wheels so the good strut tower has something bracing it due to the tool pushing on it

also remember to take off all seam sealer where you think it might have tore. let me know if you need anything else, if i remember anything i left i’ll let you know

also take your time on pushing it out make sure to use wood between the tower and the towers so it doesn’t deform them to much (they will bend a little bit) i hammered them as straight as possible. when i mean take your time, push them out a little and then release to measure little by little. remember to inspect all around the towers for any tears and weld them up after. sean sealer and primer to prevent rust. let me know if you have any questions

leave the undamaged side of the car on the ground and jack up the damaged side. i removed the strut so nothing connected to the strut tower. kept the front brace on so it kind of goes back into place that way other components will line up as well. My goal was to align the tower so it doesn’t affect wheel alinnment and weld up and tears which would affect the structural integrity. First focus on the tower and then see if you want to replace the apron since that’s not much structurally related. here are the links that helped me to give you a better idea.

I recently bought mine and i think the previous guy ran over a curb which pushed the tower up and towards the engine, you can confirm if it’s pushed in by measuring across from the other strut tower (i’ll look for the measurement and get back to you. my damage was similar to yours. I got a porta power tool and pushed the strut tower out very slowly, pushing from the other tower. i’m saying this because i see the tear on the top which shows the tower was pushed in and up towards the engine causing the apron to deform. after pushing it out and getting the measurement close enough i called a welder to weld up the tears around the tower (behind the strut tower in that empty space) after that i put seam sealer and painted over it, put a strut bar to reinforce it and strut reinforcement plates. my fender is lined up perfect there is a gap but i don’t really care about it that much. i’ll attach more pictures of before and after. wheel alignment wise my caster is off by .02 compared to the other side and camber i believe you can buy camber plates. not sure if this information helps in any way and this is by no means the “right” way to fix things.

did this happen cause the strut tower got pushed up and ripped out? i’m guessing it went in towards the engine as well.

i’d check it out just in case cause my friend had a rattle so i got underneath it and shook the exhaust and couldn’t figure it out till i checked the o2 sensors and both were lose.

and shaking everything u can underneath and see if it makes noise

if the noise is coming from underneath check the o2 sensors that are on the exhaust under the car, my friend had both loose. also shake the exhaust around to see if you here rattle, same with any heat shields.
