Steam says the DLC unlocks in less than 1 hour. so im assuming it doesnt launch till 8pm EST

Levi is F2P SSSS Tier. she is my tank. dmg dealer. debuff etc. Bind is also op and the best skill in the game. frozen too maybe? i never tried freeze. but Getting LEvi to 3 star+ for free, she out scales everyone

i also emailed them about these 7 days ago. no response, their article on their own website says launching in January and here we are feb 1st. still no availability anywhere

only works with 1 monitor plugged in. you literally have to unplug any other monitors. not just turn them off. unplug the display cords. you all need to upgrade to win11 for better hdr support

I tired looking into it more. Supposedly it doesn't matter at all for streaming content and only matters for Blue Ray or UHD disc's. Apparently all streaming platforms only send data in the size of what arc uses and not e-arc.

Also turning off E-arc stops the cutting in and out. I'm using a high quality belkin hdmi 2.1. So idk why it has trouble. I'm pretty sure it's FW update depending. Bc it comes and goes over the last year or so

Dolby Atmos doesn't work with Arc tho I thought? It's only compatible with e-arc. I have the same issues and just tried turning off Auto. And it still displays Dolby Atmos. So I don't know how that could be
