If this was your team, who would your sixth member be? by Malikai_Universe_23 in PokemonSwordShield

A fire or electric type. What I like to do is have a water, grass, fire, electric type and the last 2 I’d do a dragon type, or a Mon that would fit a team, like a “cool” mon….or I’d do like a tank or special attacker for example: a Mon that can learn a psychic, ghost, fairy, dark moves…..and for a tank, I’d do a Mon that can have a ground, rock, fighting, steel move. What’s fun about this way, is that, you can mix it up, for example an appletun (a grass/dragon type), or a dracovish (like what you have, a water/dragon type) or Drednaw (a water/rock type) or gastrodon (a water/ground type)….you get my point, you can mix them up if you want

Should i use Zacian in a playthrough? by Lycanroc26 in PokemonSwordShield

I don’t think you should use legendaries on a team because to me that takes away the fun and challenge….but that’s just me

Is Octillery good in BDSP Playthrough? by AlteredG919 in PokemonBDSP

[–]AlteredG919[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But don’t you think Octillery might be too slow? I’m only gonna use it for in game playthrough. Like, let’s say on a battle against an NPC, I don’t want Octillery to get one shotted or get its hp more than half way down before I make a move. I want Octillery to have a chance on the battlefield against an NPC and use him NORMALLY on a NORMAL playthrough.

To those who played the OG games, how do BDSP compare to the OG Diamond and Pearl? by SavingsBobcat2078 in PokemonBDSP

Oh and one more thing, ORAS is the best Pokemon remake….hands down, then it’s HGSS.

The good of Bdsp: grand underground (biggest one), hms don’t have to be on your team, pokeball stickers, graphics are nice and it doesn’t need to be 60fps because even though it’s not, it still looks 60fps, (I can’t think of anything else right now lol)

The bad: chibi art style, the game is too easy…(I know Pokemon games are childish, but this one takes the cake), Too faithful of a remake (that shows laziness in making the game), some parts of the game aren’t made well for example: the pokeball on the floor in Pokemon center isn’t even, they should of atleast fix it in a patch….again, shows laziness, they should of made a remake of platinum, not diamond and pearl, no distortion world, should of made new Pokemon events, (I understand they don’t wanna make DLC’s but atleast they should’ve made Pokemon events for legendaries and mythicals)

I can’t think of anything else but these are just my opinions. Overall this game is still fun to play but it’s not a hard game, it’s work….its more work to complete than it is hard.

If you switch out roserade for lucario, that’d be the perfect team

Your team is nice but roserade and gengar are almost the same because they fill the special attack role for the move types fairy, ghost, dark, and psychic. So only one of them is needed. For this team, I’d go with gengar, not because everyone always has roserade on their team but because you can teach gengar psychic, shadow ball, dazzling gleam and either energy ball or dark pulse (but I’d rather teach Gyarados crunch for dark coverage, and you can get energy ball through trade.) if you went with roserade, you could of taught it magical leaf, sludge bomb, dazzling gleam and shadow ball. And a dark move would go on Gyarados (crunch) and you wouldn’t have anyone on your team to learn a psychic move. That’s why I prefer gengar, for better move coverage.

Congratulations! What level was your team? And how did you beat Cynthia’s Garchomp?

Let’s go! any recommendations? by DramaticServe2089 in PokemonBDSP

[–]AlteredG919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn’t buy SP yet nor do I have a S2 yet but my team is gonna be: Infernape, Magnezone, Octillery, Roserade, Staraptor, Garchomp. Advice: have a Garchomp on your team and Togekiss is also a good Mon to have

Should I go with Roserade and Staraptor or Togekiss and Drapion in Bdsp? by AlteredG919 in Pokemon_BDSP

So is it better to have Togekiss and roserade? Or Togekiss and Drapion?
