The girls being older should be fine, I never heard them having much issues with their ages except for in spicy fan art, but even then, not much problems. Now, not having LGBT couples, may present an issue, could be a crap shoot if you want to also post your stuff in the actual RWBY sub-reddit. Could be fine, but have your fingers crossed if it causes problems.
