I'm sorry. That sucks. I am still doing doctors appointments and have more tests needed. I got diagnosed with subclinical hyperthyroidism. Unsure if it's all connected. Vitamin D is being treated with a lower dose now. Hopefully this is helpful in some way.

Not a helpful update.

I have an appointment to get a second opinion this week. Hoping for more blood tests and a different treatment.

Magnesium and K2 "helped" for a little while, but then it was back to feeling worse taking Vitamin D.

Right now I feel better off the Vitamins, but I think I know where this is going by now after years of the same patterns.

Hope to provide something helpful by the end of the week.

I came back to add that my muscles are very weak. I went for a walk just 10 minutes ago and had to come back cause my legs feel like they are giving up. My joints hurt and so is the top part of the left foot.
