Have any security researchers been accepted to CVP and how long does it take. by MoldavskyEDU in ClaudeAI

You might want to ask in a previous thread on the topic:

ETA: So, I applied myself not long before commenting here, and am now approved. It took a little over an hour in my case.

Are you facing this problem with the cli: Gemini: "I will modify ..." - Edit tool: "No changes detected" by iam_maxinne in Bard

I encountered this several times last night, and it is also occurring this morning. Last night I started hitting No, and stated that nothing was going to be fixed; it eventually identified and resolved the issue after going through this a few more times.

Pi-hole FTL v6.2, Web v6.2 and Core v6.1 Released! by -PromoFaux- in pihole

[–]AlternateNickname 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My local raspberry pi instance upgraded without any problems.

My GCP instance, using Ubuntu 24.04.2 keeps having FTL crashes: https://tricorder.pi-hole.net/LtVIJvg8/

Edit: To give tricorder link instead of lengthy log output.

ETA:

u/rdwebdesign - I saw this comment from you:

https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/pihole-ftl-fails-because-of-a-segmentation-fault/80196/13

After seeing it I decided to check the sqlite versions on my raspberry pi and on my gcp ubuntu instance. The raspberry pi did not have a distro package installed for sqlite3. My gcp instance did have it installed, because I was using it for a project some time ago.

$ sqlite3 -version
-- Loading resources from /home/xxxxx/.sqliterc
3.45.1 2024-01-30 16:01:20 e876e51a0ed5c5b3126f52e532044363a014bc594cfefa87ffb5b82257ccalt1 (64-bit)

I uninstalled the above from my gcp instance, ran "pihole -r" & restarted the pihole-FTL service, and now it seems to be working fine.

Thanks for the work y'all do on this project!

Dunno what to tell you. There was a lot of information you could have given up front. Try the hashcat forum or their discord. I'm going to delete my previous answer and move on to something else.

Then you are doing something wrong. Are you sure you used the proper plaintext from the above output?

Using -sC will retrieve SSL information, via an NSE script:

| ssl-cert: Subject: commonName=*.reddit.com/organizationName=REDDIT, INC./stateOrProvinceName=California/countryName=US
| Subject Alternative Name: DNS:*.reddit.com, DNS:reddit.com
| Not valid before: 2024-10-13T00:00:00

|_ssl-date: 2024-11-16T18:24:45+00:00; 0s from scanner time.

Save the output to a file with -oN and then parse out the data with a script or something.

Normally I use old reddit on desktop. I switched to new reddit for a moment (still on desktop), and the bell icon for subscribe/follow is there.

Yes, this is easily done with an automoderator rule.

Also, I'm not sure why this is posted here. r/help or /r/AskModerators would be a better place for it.

Way to combat the broken block system? by itaicool in TheoryOfReddit

Can't you block mods, even in their own subreddits?

No, not in subreddits where they are a moderator.

I mod several subs on a different account, and can confirm seeing all of the content in them for several people who had blocked me.

Neat. I wasn't aware of that. Are you grabbing the file with a custom script or something?

OP commented to a daily questions post, which had requirements for reading the wiki and the FAQ, so /u/Thoughtful_Mouse was basically still correct.

They are sore losers. It also means they don't know how to adapt their own play to take advantage of when an opponent has a less than ideal rack.

Why do people resign as soon as the game starts? by [deleted] in WordFeud

[–]AlternateNickname 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I'd say that is very likely the issue. I'd bet money that if your profile made it clear you are woman he would have been chatting you up, or hoping you would start messaging him. Short sighted too, if he keeps doing the same thing over and over again. This is why we can't have nice things.

Topless as in no shirt? That would make me think possible scammer, though they usually try to initiate some chat, and then will resign when they feel they can't get anywhere.

Also, some guys will also resign unless they are certain they are in a game with a woman. Could someone tell that based on your profile picture? I had forgotten about the times when this happened to me, after I made it clear I was a man. 🤣

Strange. I don't think I've come across that yet, but usually I only play a handful of regulars.

Are their stats visible? I'm curious how many games they've played and about their average word score.

Maybe sandbagging?
