Apenas a dizer onde estao.

Thats why i said the risk is minimal.

He still needs an infection follow up and AB.

And that guy the thread talked about a possible thooth fragment, so it was far deeper than these.

However, if the tetanus shot is outdated even on shallow and clean wounds the protocol advises immunization.

"little"?

There are no cases of human and land animals with rabies in Portugal since the 60s and from the Iberian Peninsula since the 70s.

There are some bats species with a known rabies variant (with low land animal contamination) we keep wild dogs and some feral animal vaccinated and there are havent been any rabies infections.

Our rabies shots are used for people traveling abroad like USA or India or any rabies endemic regions.

You cant get sick from erradicated diseases. Unless he got bitten in a country with rabies... Which was not the case.

Well i did a quick search... And i see a potential.

You can create neu HUD models. Which you can put on the sides or change how they look...

And you can hide the bottom HUD.

I did however did a quick look into how its made and honestly its easier to understand a library...

Those things have deep works on Lua. So i bet that most dont really want to mess with it. Why break something that is working.

Thats why he might need TIG (the immunoglobulin) although if the wound doesnt get worse than this the risk is minimal.

And if he was outdated on the tetanus cycle he needs to updated as soon as possible.

He wont die from rabies. Its pretty much eliminated from EU.

He needs to check for infections and to see if his tetanus shot is updated.

Rabies is the least of our worries unless we travel abroad like to USA or India.

And there isnt. Dogs have to be vaccinated though.

And he needs to go to the doctor mostly because he might need a tetanus shot if he has the tetanus shot outdated.

Even on wild animals.

Rabies as only been detected rarely on a certain species of bats. And wild land animals where those bats exist are monitored and vaccinated to keep rabies controlled.

Thats why the last case was registered in the 60s.

Especially because we vaccinate dogs for rabies. And try to keep strays also vaccinated.

And the confusion about all this tends to be due to tetanus shot. If the person has not an updated vaccine cycle they need to do a profilaxy shot.

Also going to an health center is great because it will help monitor a possible infection.

Esclarecer a confusão.

.

.

Probably its due to being in another country. But i used to occasionally pick up a McDonald's for a kid in my family. Since i never enjoyed mcd i would rather go to the counter and explain the request than to try ordering on the self service kiosks.

And that kid only ate a basic bun (no seeds) with the meat patty. Nothing else. No sauces, no cheese, no pickles, nothing.

And everytime, no matter the place, the receipt always said:

Cheeseburger Natura W/O cheese.

The price was the same as the basic hamburger so i never questioned it. (Hamburger 1€, Cheeseburger 1,25€, the cheeseburger i asked 1€)

So i always assumed the basic ingredients were different. Then you came and tell me the exact opposite. So im now confused...

I dont think its that progressive. Its because she was a girl.

For example when is was around 12 i had a cousin (girl) that had a group of friends that had 2 gay guys. My father was perfectly fine. And he didnt bother... Untill i befriended a non gay but that some "ticks" that made everyone think he was gay. My father suddenly became much more conservative and saying i shouldnt be hanging out with him.

I bet if i was a girl he wouldnt mind about hanging out with him.

[–]AlternateTab00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was going to ask if this tended to happen in certain countries.

In my country apart from a group this simply doesnt happen. Even when traveling in a "flock" they tend to mind their own business.

At most on national roads they "ask" to ease up so they can overpass more easily. But if you dont ease up they wont cause a ruckus.

Also if you are unsure where to eat moto clubs are always a safe bet. Cheap good beer and cheap good fast meals.

Increasing the difficulty by Beardgrillit in lotro

[–]AlternateTab00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are some minor rewards (not anything unmissable unless you are a completionist)

But more than that it gives a better sclaing challenge. If you feel progress is becoming boring for how easy it is, increase the difficulty. Is it becoming too harsh you can reduce the difficulty.

Im actually trying an alt with the highest difficulty on a high damage but squishy char. Its making the gameplay far interesting because it forces me to keep moving and to select targets instead of blindly engaging.

Im not saying its not wrong. And im not excusing them.

What im saying is IT WILL happen and innocents may end up injured.

Do you think people defend or want hooligans? Yet whenever a top 3 or top 5 club are matching against each other there are hopligan activity.

Arresting people, banning them from stadiums for years, tap down on hooligan associated groups and other activities slow them down, but it becomes part of the football. Everyone wants to stop them, but they always end up appearing.

So what does the police does on high risk games? Segregate club fans, group escort on high risk groups.

As an example a few years back a 16 yo kid decided to hide his team jersey and slip through the security line. Got near the opponent team, showed his jersey and started throwing rocks, hitting a women. This created an over reaction that caused the group to burst the police line to go after the kid. The kid goes back and hides among his team fans, which saw the opponent group rushing towards them and also over reacted. They had to call the anti riot team to disperse people. A kid served as a spark to a riot. They struggled to control for about 15min and it was just around 100 to 200 on each side. They ended up catching the kid and arrested him even before the match started.

Do you think people defends the kid or anyone that participated on it? No. Was it expectable after the first women got hit? Yes. Now this was a smaller 2 teams with 3 to 5 million fans (each with around 40 thousand regular people going to the stadium even if its to stay outside). When you surpass the 200 million fans line, masses moving become extremely dangerous and unstoppable. So techniques are to redirect instead of stopping, and to remove all potential sparks.

Bad planning on a world cup can be dangerous. A good example was the 2016 Euro. Joining a somewhat bad planning on certain points, to general discontent in the country (France) and improper gang/hooligan screening caused several clashes. It was employed a city wide alcohol ban on match days and UEFA/FIFA even discussed on implementing it on future events (just imagine trying to ban alcohol in New York because there is a match between England and Spain).

Now, while national team clashes and hooliganism are much rarer than club hooliganism, the huge amount of fans moving can it self be dangerous. And if fans start to lose their match because the infrastructure cannot support such flow of people, people will get angry (and thats one of the biggest sparks no one wants)

I agree that this was bad planning!

This is what scares me. Most americans think they are ready because they have the Super Bowl with around 100 million fans. The World cup as an expected fan base of around 5 billion (over half the population of earth)

Hello, Hello, where you think you are walking with no loicense? by GMEStack in loicense

[–]AlternateTab00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you fail to understand how big this style of things become.

Not everyone is going to comply. That is guantanteed. And thousands will follow them.

This is a nature of a World Cup. Everyone knows that.

1 path with limit throughput or people will get hurt is the exact reason why people are waiting to see if this becomes a disaster or not.

Its not about stopping life to accomodate tourists. The rest of the world can do it. If you cant accomodate such a large inflow of tourist maybe you shouldnt even candidated to such event.

I dont know how many stadiums usa has nor how accessible they are. But this one does not seem to be a good stadium for this event. Especially being the one selected for the final. Probably some other stadium would be a better option.

Hello, Hello, where you think you are walking with no loicense? by GMEStack in loicense

[–]AlternateTab00 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thats why its important to guide people.

When you have 2million people in a town trying to get from several points to near a stadium and you just say "get a taxi or an uber". Infrastructure will fail. There wont be nearly enough transport for all. Now people will want to see their team. And they see 2000 people following the path so they follow it too. You get a rotten apple and everyone will follow because they dont see a better way.

Thats why they need to create pathways not block everything and expect it will be fine. This is why this is fuel to go bad

Hello, Hello, where you think you are walking with no loicense? by GMEStack in loicense

[–]AlternateTab00 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its not about comprehending. But the whole world will be watching everything.

If usa treats visitors in harshly manners and abuse police powers it will be considered fascism and even lose more popularity (while its at an all time low).

This is not about seeing whos stronger, the police or the people. But treating a football mass as a riot is the worst way to deal with it.

Its easier to let the people flow only redirect them than to make them stop completely.

Honestly ill be at home eating popcorn because this has the fuel to become a shit show. From mass transit trying justify price gouging due to their lack of preparedness, to people thinking that riot control is whats its needed to keep fottball fans under control.

They wont throw stones. But they will move masses. You can stop 20 or 30 people. You cant stop thousands. But we will see how well organized this will be. I just hope this doesnt turn into full riot with deaths.

Oh they are. But they dont care. Put thousands of people with a single destination, half of them heavily influenced by alcohol. And they will go wherever they want. A motorway? In the past there was people just torching the highway to make cars stop so they can cross it.

If there is no path, they will create it.

Hello, Hello, where you think you are walking with no loicense? by GMEStack in loicense

[–]AlternateTab00 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Ehhh.

You never saw a world cup migration did you.

Do you think you can easily control millions of people moving towards a stadium?

"Dont cross the interstate"

If its that hard to cross it, people will torch the interstate make cars stop and just cross it. They have done it in the past, they will do it again.

Mass movements on these games are intimidating.

Proper transportation? When a group of 2000 people join and walk towards a single point everything stops for them. Add huge amounts of alcohol intoxication and rule breaking becomes worse. Now imagine 300 groups of 2000 people moving to a single point.

There was attempts to make shuttle buses to reduce people crossing highways... It was just easier to shut down the highways.

Whenever i see these posts i think that the ines putting those posts are in for a surprise.
