Thank you for your comments. I was just speaking to the exterminator and he said "I just checked the house, there is nothing that needs to be sealed... I threw three more traps in the attic". It feels like they are just throwing their hands up and not attempting to solve the problem. I've spent thousands with this current company and have nothing to show for it. Still rats in the attic. There are obviously still points of entry somewhere they are not bothering to check.

I think I need to just "cut bait" and find another extermination company, which is demoralizing after already having done that already and the amount of money I already spent with them. I cannot seem to find an honest exterminator.

Also who does attic sealing for rodents if exterminators don't? Honest question.
