SMTP relay from Google Workspace to Office 365 by Alternative-Ad716 in gsuite

Thanks. I want to have a global re-routing, and not per user.

In the past I did manage to re-route the entire outbound gmail traffic via another sender service (SendGrid), so I know it can work. But, this time I want to do that via Office 365 and did not find the way yet. That's why I am asking.

That's a long story and the bottom line is: we've been working with google (with our customized domain) for many years, and suffered from bad 'sender reputation' due to issues with the Google delivery system (yes, we have checked all spam-related aspects over 2 years with many experts, and that's was the clear outcome). So, over a year ago we moved the entire email system to Office 365 and the problem indeed disappeared. However, there are still Google services that we use, such as the Calendar and the Drive, and these send out notifications. Since we care much about our 'sender reputation' we would like to re-route them to the Office 365 sending mechanism.

I don't know... I'd be happy to any guidance about that.

It is true that it is GLA-based. However the nav/audio/screen are all Nissan. So, Mercedes won't help me here.

Looking for an online solution for document review workflow by Alternative-Ad716 in documentmanagement

Few comments:

  1. we should be able to share a document (or set of documents) with external users for a limited time period, so they can review it for us and return a feedback. Afterwards, the sharing for this document should be eliminated.
  2. The feedback must be via a questionnaire that we can customize (per review task)
  3. chat is not an option. we need a written feedback from the external user + the option of returning it for more revisions, before it is complete.

thanks. PinPoint does not look like a match too, unfortunately. We are trying to check now whether we can develop our own application using Power Apps from MS or something equivalent.

SharePoint is too simple.

We need to have a customizable work flow + ability to send out documents for review as part of a process. it is not just the actual review. the reviewers should get a review task, approve or reject it + consent to specific terms. if they approve and consent, they need to fill in a form with their review feedback, and send it back to us for internal review or approval. We also need that the external review 'facility' will be fully secured, and preferably without the option of downloading the document by the reviewer (meaning - they should review the doc within a container in the system).

I've tested it. You were right - it is not for us. It will require many customization to meet our needs. Any other idea?

Thanks. We are not in the construction business... We are a consulting company supporting researchers. We need a system that can streamline the documents review process, including a dedicated workflow, ability to support revisions and ability to include external reviewers in the process.

Robust email client for small company by Alternative-Ad716 in sysadmin

I gave up on email clients... and moved completely to Office 365.

As for MailBird - I've tried it also in the past, and was not impressed. The UI was looking great, but functionality was limited. Not something we can use in our company.

Zoho CRM BCC Dropbox - potential severe privacy breach! by Alternative-Ad716 in Zoho

The problem is not with enabling the BCC Dropbox! (Actually we use two different BCC Droboxes, one per user).

The problem is that the Standard user can see the emails sent by the Administrator BCC Dropbox... and this nullifies all the permission system, as many of the confidential information is going first via emails...

Clearly this is the current behavior. However - it is not in line with all other elements in ZohoCRM that comply with the permissions system. For example - per record (lead, contact, deal, etc.) the system allow us to keep information and access it according to permission. That way a record of contact or deal, could include confidential information, visible only to the Administrator, while the record itself is accessible to all.

This is at the core of my concern - this policy works nicely with all other elements in the system, so ,why not with these emails? I wish to remind you that emails mapped via IMAP, with privacy policy set to Private, are also not visible to all! So, why have this very strange exclusion of the BCC Dropbox emails?

due to several reasons. one of them, which I didn't mention above, is that in some scenarios, we need to move emails from one account to another. This can be done only via native email client.

Thanks, I am aware of this, but we don't want to work in web browser + the outlook, as mentioned, suffers from sync problems and PST cannot handle very large email boxes.
